How to send a certificate?
Eventin lets you send customized certificates to attendees after they register or attend an event. This is especially useful for workshops, webinars, training sessions, and more.
Prerequisites
Before you can send certificates:
- Eventin PRO plugin must be installed and activated.
- Ensure the Attendee module is enabled in
Eventin → Settings → Attendee
.
Steps to Send Certificates
1. Enable Certificate Module
- Navigate to
Eventin → Add-ons → Certificate Builder
and "Enable" it.
2. Create a Certificate Template
- Go to
Eventin → Template Builder
→
New Template
→ Event Certificate
. - Use any existing template or create new one.
3. Assign Certificate to an Event
- Go to
Eventin → Events
. - Edit the event where you want to send the certificate.
- In the
Template Setup
section, choose the certificate template you created andSave
it.
4. Sending the Certificate
Before you send:
- Set the certificate preference from
Eventin → Settings → Attendee
- Send manually from the attendee list by clicking the “Send Certificate” button beside each attendee
- Or send to all attendees who are registered
