How to Manually Confirm/Add a Ticket in Eventin

In some cases, you may want to manually confirm an attendee's ticket — for example, if the payment was completed offline or if you're adding the attendee directly. Eventin makes this process simple through the Attendees section in your WordPress dashboard.


Steps to Manually Confirm a Ticket:

1. Enable the Attendees Registration

This option allows users to register attendee details during the ticket purchase process. Without this, your attendee will not be created.

Go to Eventin → Settings → Attendee enable Attendee Registration

2. Go to the Attendees Section

From your WordPress dashboard, navigate to: Eventin → Attendees → New Attendee to add a new attendee.

3. Fill in the Attendee Information

Make sure to input all the required attendee details—such as name, email, and any custom fields—to ensure accurate attendee records and smooth event communication and check-in processes.

3. Save to Confirm the Ticket

Once all fields are filled, click Add Attendee . This action will:

  • Automatically create a confirmed ticket entry for that attendee.
  • Trigger the attendee email, which includes their ticket and QR code.

🎉 That’s it! The ticket is now manually confirmed, and your attendee has received all necessary details via email.
