Once enabled, you’ll see several customization options:

Display Attendee List – Enable this option to publicly display the list of attendees who responded as Going. You can optionally set a limit on how many attendees are shown.
Display Form Only for Logged in Users – Restrict the RSVP form so that only logged-in users can respond. This is helpful if you want to collect responses only from registered users.
Limit RSVP Attendee Capacity –
Activate this to control the number of attendees for the event.
- RSVP capacity attendee limit: Total number of attendees allowed.
- Maximum attendee per response: How many people one RSVP submission can include.
- Attendance required to start event: Minimum number of attendees needed for the event to proceed.
- Disable Purchase Form – This disables ticket selling for the event, turning it into an RSVP-only event. Useful when you want to collect RSVPs without selling tickets.
