How To Set Up an RSVP Form in Eventin
Setting up an RSVP form in event allows your attendees to register without making a payment. Follow these steps to enable and configure RSVP for your event:
Prerequisites:
Eventin PRO plugin must be installed and activated.
1. Enable RSVP Module
Go to Add-ons → RSVP Module
enable it
2. Enable RSVP for the Event
- Go to your WordPress dashboard and navigate to
Eventin > Events
. - Edit the event where you want to enable RSVP.
- Scroll down to the
RSVP Options
section. - Turn on the
Enable RSVP
switch.
3. Configure RSVP Settings
Once enabled, you’ll see several customization options:
- RSVP Response – Allow attendees to select their response to the event – Going, Not Going, or Maybe.
Display Attendee List – Enable this option to publicly display the list of attendees who responded as Going. You can optionally set a limit on how many attendees are shown.
Display Form Only for Logged in Users – Restrict the RSVP form so that only logged-in users can respond. This is helpful if you want to collect responses only from registered users.
Limit RSVP Attendee Capacity –
Activate this to control the number of attendees for the event.
- RSVP capacity attendee limit: Total number of attendees allowed.
- Maximum attendee per response: How many people one RSVP submission can include.
- Attendance required to start event: Minimum number of attendees needed for the event to proceed.
- Disable Purchase Form – This disables ticket selling for the event, turning it into an RSVP-only event. Useful when you want to collect RSVPs without selling tickets.
After configuring the settings, click Update
or Publish
to make the event live.
